What is the cutoff date?
The cutoff date will be on the 25th of every month at 11:59PM EST! If you signup after this time you will start with next month's newsletter.
How does the subscription work?
You sign up once, and we handle the rest. Your subscription automatically renews each month, ensuring you never miss out on a monthly delivery of terror.
When will I get my order?
After the cutoff date, we will package and ship out all member orders before the start of the month to ensure you get it as quick as possible. Depending on your distance and country, times could range from 2-4 weeks.
Can I purchase last month's newsletter?
Yes! If you miss the cutoff date for the previous month, there will be a catch-up option available sometime down the line on my store and/or my patreon site.
When will I be billed?
Your account will be billed on the same day that you joined the mail club. If you joined on the 18th, you will be billed on the 18th every month!
What should I do if my letter never arrives?
Because we ship via standard international lettermail to keep costs low, packages do not include tracking. Delivery typically takes [e.g., 7 to 21] business days depending on your location. If your letter has not arrived after [e.g., 25] business days from our ship date, it is likely lost in the mail. Please contact support here on the store or on the patreon and we will gladly send a replacement!
